Welcome to RADAR (hereinafter, the “Platform”), a digital application and platform intended for the dissemination of cultural and artistic activities. Access to and use of RADAR implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
RADAR's main purpose is to centralize, disseminate, and promote events, exhibitions, openings, and cultural activities organized by cultural spaces, galleries, and institutions.
The Platform may be used by: general users who access cultural information, and registered users (artists, galleries, cultural spaces, or organizations) who publish and manage content.
Users declare that they are over 18 years of age or have the appropriate authorization to use the Platform.
To publish content, users must create an account by providing truthful, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
RADAR reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform, including texts, images, videos, dates, times, and activity descriptions.
Users declare that they hold the necessary rights to publish such content and guarantee that it does not infringe upon third-party rights or applicable laws.
RADAR is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, or cancellation of published events.
Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with its cultural purpose. The following is prohibited:
Content published by users belongs to its respective authors.
By publishing content on RADAR, users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to reproduce, communicate, and disseminate such content solely for cultural promotion purposes and for the operation of the Platform.
The RADAR trademark, design, structure, and software are the property of their respective owners and are protected under applicable law.
The use of RADAR is currently free of charge. The Platform reserves the right to introduce paid services, premium features, or subscription models in the future, which will be duly communicated.
RADAR acts solely as a dissemination intermediary and does not organize or produce the published events.
RADAR shall not be liable for any damages, losses, cancellations, modifications, or inconveniences arising from activities published on the Platform.
RADAR may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. For more information, please refer to RADAR's Privacy Policy.
RADAR may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon their publication on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
